BORDEAUX, FRANCE-Alain Juppe, Mayor of Bordeaux, and Bordeaux's City Council have officially approved KCAP's masterplan for the conversion of Bordeaux-Brazza's Garonne waterfront. The site is situated within Bastide Brazza Nord, an old industrial area between a deserted railway area and the river Garonne.

The project will comprise approximately 6,458,346 square feet of housing, industrial, office and public facilities as well as new public spaces. KCAP Architects&Planners elaborated the plan together with Mutabilis, Oasiis, BMA and Ingerop Engineering. For the full story, go to Europe Real Estate .
