ARLINGTON, TX-Texas Trust Credit Union has bought the Cordovan Park office complex at 5850 and 5840 W. Interstate 20 in Arlington. The financial firm purchased the two-building property with plans to expand its operations there.
SkyWalker Property Partners was the seller. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed. The credit union is planning to use the Cordovan Park campus for back office space.
