
PHILADELPHIA-The loan on the 620,000-square-foot Aramark Tower in Philadelphia has been refinanced. Joe Martz, who manages property owner the Girard Estate, said that the new 10-year loan on the office tower is at a substantially lower rate.
The 32-story building, located at 1101 Market St., is 96% leased. Girard Estate purchased the property in 2002 for over $80.5 million. The loan amount, secured by the building owner, was not disclosed. For the full story, go to Philadelphia Business Journal .
