CINCINNATI-The Cincinnati Enquirer reported that construction on a mixed-use building on a parking lot in downtown Cincinnati could start in September, with completion set in 2014. Cincinnati Center City Development Corp. is hoping to build 20 stories of 200 apartments over DunnhumbyUSA's headquarters.
The building will also include 40,000 square feet of retail space and 1,030 parking spaces. Cincinnati Center City Development is collaborating with Dunnhumby on the mixed-use development, which incorporates $100 million in offices, retail and parking spaces.
