COSTA MESA, CA-GlobeSt.com has exclusively learned that Jones Lang LaSalle has been awarded the leasing of Legacy Redhill Center, a three-building 223,916-square-foot office campus here. The property is located at 2955, 2975 and 2995 Redhill Ave. in the Orange County Airport Area submarket of Costa Mesa.
The property has immediate availability for users ranging from 12,775 to 69,563 square feet. Leading the leasing efforts for the property are Jones Lang LaSalle Orange County's senior vice presidents Jay Nugent and Greg Puccinelli.
Owner Legacy Partners acquired the property in 2006. Puccinelli tells GlobeSt.com that he cannot disclose rental rates at the building at this time, but he points out that the building is currently 100% leased.
“We are marketing 82,338 square feet that will vacate at the end of the year,” he tells GlobeSt.com.

Puccinelli tells GlobeSt.com that CBRE was previously in charge of leasing.
Current tenants include General Electric, Profit Recovery Partners, OC Weekly, and HD Construction. When asked what types of tenants might be interested in the space, Puccinelli says “technology related companies, companies in need of back office space, or anyone looking for a big, open floor plate.”
Located minutes from the 73, 55 and 405 freeways in Orange County’s airport market, Legacy Redhill Center has immediate access to abundant nearby entertainment venues, restaurants and other amenities. It offers flexible open floor plates and two-story lobbies and common areas. Legacy Red Hill Center features mature landscaping and free surface parking, according to a prepared statement.
