PALM BEACH, FL-A joint venture of Atlantic Creek Real Estate Partners and Blackpoint Partners has bought Polo Grounds Mall, a 130,000-square-foot shopping center in West Palm Beach, for $14.4 million. The joint venture paid $110 per square foot for the Publix-anchored retail center.
The mall, constructed in 1966, is 92% occupied and is positioned at the junction of Summit Boulevard and South Military Trail. The seller was Baton Rouge-based Commercial Properties Realty Trust.
