BALTIMORE-Manekin LLC is preparing for a $15-million redevelopment of a manufacturing building measuring 72,000 square feet at 5500 E. Lombard St. in Baltimore. The building will be turned into a Class A office property by spring 2013.
Manekin will manage the building. The East Lombard Street site is located beside the Johns Hopkins Bayview Medical Center. The project is designed by Gaithersburg-based DVA Architects.
