CARLSBAD, CA-Oxnard-based S&S Prop Acquisition LLC has bought Loker Corporate Center, a 123,454-square-feet industrial building at 2777 Loker Ave. in Carlsbad, for $11.5 million. The investor purchased the multitenant building from Vista-based Whiteflag LLC.
The buyer has plans to improve the building in order to attract manufacturing and distribution-related tenants. Whiteflag has leased back roughly 50% of the building.
