TAMPA, FL-A private buyer has taken a Masters Inn in Tampa for $2 million. The property, situated at 6626 E. Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd., was sold by of Supertel Hospitality Inc.
The real estate investment trust based in Norfolk, Nebraska acquired the property in May 2007 for $3.5 million. It used the earnings to solve mortgage-related debt.
