BOSTON-Ajax Management Partners is seeking permission from the city to switch a condominium project into commercial office space on Boston's waterfront. The Lexington, Massachusetts-based developer first won permission in 2008 for a $200-million, 240-unit condominium project, called Lovejoy Wharf, on North Washington Street, beside the TD Garden.
