NEW YORK CITY-Aberdeen Asset Management Inc. has signed a 10-year lease for 11,000 square feet of space at 712 Fifth Ave. The Philadelphia-based company will occupy the entire 49th floor at the 52-story building situated between West 55th and West 56th streets.
Aberdeen will pay approximately $135 per square foot for the space. It will move into the Paramount Group-owned building in November. First New York Realty's Eric Kahn represented Aberdeen, while Paramount represented itself in the lease deal. For the full story, go to Crain's New York Business .
