LAKEWAY, TX-A developer based in Austin is preparing to start construction on an assisted living project in Lakeway later this year. DeNucci Constructors LLC's Paul DeNucci revealed the Austin American-Statesman that the assisted living and memory care community will come up on a 3.5-acre site near the Lakeway Regional Medical Center.
The $23-million project will include 110 assisted living apartments as well as 40 units. Investors Gerald Lindenmuth and Doug Kadison have contributed to the senior housing project. For the full story, go to Austin Business Journal .
