NEW YORK CITY-City National Bank is taking Syms' former Park Avenue home. The Los Angeles-based bank has inked a lease for 15 years with Waterman Interests for 45,000 square feet of retail and office space at 400 Park Ave.
The deal also includes a lease renewal for 15,000 square feet. Waterman recently finished capital improvements at the building. Brokerage sources reported that asking rents in the Park Avenue building average $75-95 per square foot. For the full story, go to New York Post .
