JACKSONVILLE, FL-Arlington Properties Inc., a developer based in Alabama, is preparing to construct another apartment community on the Southside. The company purchased a 10-acre site near the junction of Belfort and Salisbury roads in early June for the project.
Arlington Properties filed site plans last week for a 192-unit apartment complex. The development is expected to cost $11 million, or about $57,300 per unit. The community will comprise single-, double- and triple-bedroom units. For the full story, go to Jacksonville Business Journal .
