NEWPORT, KY-Cincinnati-based Capital Investment Group Inc. is starting construction on the second phase of SouthShore Condominiums at 400 Riverboat Row in Newport. The new development, costing over $15 million, will be called Vue 180 and it will include 93 residential units.
The rental units will be constructed above structured parking along the Ohio River. The 21-story SouthShore condo development has 62 units. The original plan for the development included a second high-rise with 75 to 80 units, a commercial building and a 100-slot marina.
