AUSTIN, TX-Data center developer Digital Realty Trust Inc. has acquired a 62,237-square-foot data center in Austin. The San Francisco-based company bought the fully-leased property on Interstate 35 for an amount of $12.5 million.
The facility is located at 8025 North Interstate 35 on the north side of Austin. It is 100% leased on a triple net, long term basis. Digital Realty did not disclose the identity of the tenant. For the full story, go to San Francisco Business Times .
