WILMINGTON, MA-EA Fish Development has obtained $22 million in financing to develop a residential project in Wilmington. Earlier this year, the Braintree-based developer purchased the 12-acre multifamily site located next to the Wilmington Commuter Rail Station for $4.1 million from the Federated Cos.
EA Fish has plans to construct a 108-unit apartment complex, called Metro at Wilmington Station, on the site at the junction of Route 38 and 6. The community will comprise 2 three-story buildings as well as a parking garage. For the full story, go to Boston Business Journal .
