The asking rent for the eighth-floor space was $78 per square foot. Jeffrey Buslik and David Levy of Adams & Co. represented East West Bank, while Brian Gell and Laurence Briody of CBRE Group Inc. represented landlord Park Tower Group in the lease transaction.
