WEST CHESTER, PA-An apartment complex situated at the corner of Gay and High streets in West Chester has changed hands. Cornerstone Communities has paid $9.8 million for the 64-unit Greentree Building.
The property also contains 17,500 square feet of retail space. Earlier this year, Cornerstone Communities purchased Northwyn Court in West Chester. Zachary Pierce, Mark Thomson, Michael Shover and Matthew Gorman from the Philadelphia office of Marcus & Millichap represented the buyer and the seller in the Greentree Building deal.
