NEW YORK CITY-Hill Betts & Nash has changed its sublease deal at 1 World Financial Center into a direct lease. The Manhattan-based law firm, which has been subleasing space at the 40-story tower since 2002, has inked the direct lease at 200 Liberty St.
The firm has signed the five-year lease with Brookfield Office Properties. Asking rent for the 11,000-square-foot deal was $61 per square foot.
