CHICAGO-Wharton Equity Partners LLC, a New York-based investment firm, and JRG Capital Partners LLC, a Chicago-based investment firm led by Charlie and Harry Huzenis, have acquired two apartment complexes totaling 569 units for $52 million. The joint venture purchased Prairie View Apartment Homes in Woodstock and Timber Oak Apartments in Ingleside from McHenry-based Cunat Inc.
