NEW YORK CITY-The city's Law Department has inked an early lease renewal at 100 Church St. The agency has renewed its lease for 372,520 square feet at the SL Green-owned building for 20 years.
Asking rents at the high-rise building are $38 per square foot. SLG recently refinanced the building with a $230-million loan. The property is currently 82% occupied. John Morrill and Michael Geoghegan of CBRE negotiated the lease renewal deal on behalf of the Law Department. For the full story, go to New York Post .
