NEW YORK CITY-The Musket Room will replace a bar named Elizabeth in NoLIta. The Kiwi restaurant recently leased 1,500 square feet of space at 265 Elizabeth St. from 53 Little West 12th Street Inc.
The lease deal also includes a 1,000-square-foot basement. Asking rent for the 15-year deal was $148 per square foot. Michael Kadosh, a broker from CBRE Group Inc., represented the tenant and Steve Rappaport, a broker from Sinvin Real Estate, represented the landlord in the lease transaction.
