CHICAGO-Onterie Center, an apartment tower in Streeterville, has reached sales block. Metropolitan Properties of America Inc. in Boston has tapped Moran & Co. to sell the 60-story tower at 441 E. Erie St.
Onterie Center, which could fetch up to $200 million, comprises 615 apartments and nearly 103,000 square feet of office space. Metropolitan bought the property in 2005 for $134 million.
