RIO RANCHO, NM-Passco Cos. has picked up Southern & Unser Shops, a fully-leased, 9,135-square-foot center in Rio Rancho, for $2.92 million from Southern & Unser LLC. The property, completed in 2011, is situated at 1121 Unser Blvd. SE and it was listed on the market for $3.018 million.
