LONDON-Savills has been appointed along with Vail Williams and DTZ to launch the Kier Park scheme in Frimley, Surrey. The 12-acre project will provide new warehouse and industrial accommodation.
The scheme has capacity to accommodate almost 220,000 square feet of built to suit space on a pre-sale or pre-lease basis. A planning application for the Kier Park scheme has already been submitted.
