BELLEVUE, WA-Concur Technologies Inc. of Redmond is moving its headquarters to downtown Bellevue. The company has signed a lease for 10 years with Kilroy Realty Corp. for 123,000 square feet of space in Key Center, an office building at 601 108th Ave.
With the new lease, the occupancy rate in the Key Center has reached about 93%. Other tenants in the building include Exact Target, Merrill Lynch and UBS.
