KANSAS CITY, MO-The Cordish Co. is planning to develop two rental apartment projects in downtown Kansas City. The two projects, which represent a $70-million investment, are in the Kansas City Power & Light District.
A new building at 13th and Walnut streets will have 250 units and the Midland office building will be renovated to provide additional 68 residential units.
