WASHINGTON, DC-Douglas Development LLC has landed its first tenant for Wonder Bread Factory in the Shaw neighborhood of Washington, DC. WorkSpaces LLC has signed a lease for 20,817 square feet of space in the Wonder Bread Factory building.
Terms of the deal were not disclosed. Douglas Development purchased the 98,000-square-foot building in 1997 and started converting the industrial space into commercial office space last year.
