BOTHELL, WA-King County records revealed that Greystar has acquired two neighboring multifamily properties in Bothell this week for an amount of $91 million. The Charleston, South Carolina-based apartment manager bought the Victorian Village and Canyon Creek projects from Archstone, another apartment owner based in Colorado.
Together, the apartment complexes will provide 558 units. Greystar manages 18 multifamily properties in the Puget Sound area. For the full story, go to Seattle Times .
