ST. PETERSBURG, FL-Franklin Street Real Estate Services has announced the sale of Woodlawn Park, a 176-unit apartment complex in St. Petersburg. A private local investor has paid $2,768,000 for the distressed multifamily building at 1626 18th Ave.

The purchase price represents $20.29 per square foot and $15,727 per unit. Darron Kattan, Kevin Kelleher and Robert Goldfinger of Franklin Street negotiated the deal on behalf of both the buyer and the seller. For the full story, go to Tampa Bay Business Journal .
