LONDON-Retail chain Zara has purchased the Lumina building situated in London for approximately EUR 190 million. The 75,347-square-foot building comprises approximately 40,902 square feet of office space and 34,444 square feet of retail space.
Deka Immobilien GmbH was the seller of the Lumina building, which was developed in 2002. Zara is the main tenant in the building situated on the corner of New Bond Street and Oxford Street. For the full story, go to Europe Real Estate .
