FRANKLIN, TN-Development is underway on a mixed-use project in Franklin in southern Williamson County. Tennessee Contractors Inc. and Tower Investments LLC bought the 345-acre Stream Valley community near the junction of Lewisburg Pike and Goose Creek Bypass for $5.8 million in April.
The site is zoned for 240 condos/apartments, 824 single-family homes, 10,000 square feet of retail and 290,000 square feet of office space. The planned community is situated near the Berry Farms development of Boyle Investment Company. For the full story, go to Nashville Business Journal .
