CHICAGO-Sterling Bay Cos., which is looking to convert the Fulton Market Cold Storage facility into an office building, is about to get its first tenant. Chicago-based SRAM International Corp. is in advanced lease negotiations with the Chicago-based developer to lease 77,000 square feet in the cold storage facility at 1000 W. Fulton St.
Sterling has agreed to purchase the 10-story warehouse and convert it into 385,000 square feet of restaurant and office space. SRAM is currently located at 1333 N. Kingsbury St. For the full story, go to Crain's Chicago Business .
