NEW YORK CITY-Superdry USA will open its fourth city shop at 716 Lexington Ave. in August. The hip streetwear brand has leased 1,800 square feet of space on the lower level, 2,600 square feet of space on the ground floor and 2,500 square feet of space on the second floor.
Superdry subleased the space for five years. Thor High Street's Chris DeCrosta and Bert Dweck represented Superdry, while Justin Fantasia and Ariel Schuster of RKF represented Payless in the deal. For the full story, go to New York Post .
