HOUSTON-Atwood Oceanics Inc. has leased space in a proposed $50-million office building in west Houston. The company pre-leased 82,000 square feet of space in Energy Crossing II, a six-story, 245,000-square-foot building at the southwest corner of State Highway 6 and Interstate 10, from Lincoln Property Co.
The Dallas-based developer will break ground on the project in August. Louie Crapitto and Lucian Bukowski of Jones Lang LaSalle Inc. represented Atwood Oceanics, while Lincoln Property was represented in-house by Kevin Wyatt. For the full story, go to Houston Business Journal .
