HIGH POINT, NC-The new owners of Mendenhall Corporate Park, a 12-building office park in North High Point, have hired CBRE to manage the leasing assignments for the property. In late April, Pennsylvania-based Somerset Properties and Connecticut-based Greenfield Partners bought the park, which comprises 644,000 square feet of flex and office space, from Liberty Property Trust.
