AUSTIN, TX-CWS Apartment Homes LLC has sold the Marquis at Barton Creek, a 250-unit apartment complex in Austin, to Sendera Investment Group, real estate investment firm. The multifamily property, constructed in 1998, sits on a 25-acre land near the Barton Creek Resort.
Sendera has renamed the complex as Sendera Barton Creek. Both Sendera and CWS are based in Austin. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed. For the full story, go to Austin Business Journal .
