
ALBANY-Developers received consent from the town's planners to build a 156-unit apartment complex in Glenville, New York. The project, named Patriot Square, will come up on an 11-acre site adjacent to Route 50 and it will include 13 buildings.
The project will be constructed by Jeff Knox and Geoff Booth of Clifton Park-based New York Development Group. The second phase of the Glenville project will comprise commercial office space. The entire development will come up on a 40-acre site. For the full story, go to The Business Review .
