BARTLETT, TN-Dunavant Development Co. has acquired the Bartlett Logistics portfolio, which totals 515,000 square feet, from an entity of LNR Partners, a special servicer, for $19.7 million. The multi-tenant flex portfolio comprises two separate parks with 15 concrete buildings.
Bartlett Logistics Park, situated at 8370-8500 Wolf Lake Blvd., consists of seven buildings and Stage Hills Industrial Park, located at 3080-3150 Stage Post Road, comprises eight buildings. The portfolio is currently 71% leased. For the full story, go to Memphis Business Journal .
