CHICAGO-Fifield Cos. is planning to list Alta at K Station, an 848-unit apartment community at 555 W. Kinzie St., on the market for sale. The Chicago-based developer and Newport Beach, California-based Pacific Life Insurance Co. have employed CBRE Inc.'s Chicago office to sell the two-tower apartment complex.
