DALLAS-The former house of the U.S. Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas has changed hands. San Francisco-based Digital Realty Trust Inc. has bought the property at 400 S. Akard St. in Dallas' central business district.
The property, which was converted into a data center facility, is 85% occupied by eight tenants. It is situated near Digital Realty's data center property at 2323 Bryan Street. The newly purchased building comprises 269,600 square feet of space. For the full story, go to Dallas Business Journal .
