
ALBANY-Sandy Horowitz is placing the former Marvin-Neitzel Corp. building on River Street in downtown Troy, New York, for auction. The five-story, 80,000-square-foot building is located at 432-450 River St.
The auction will take place on June 22 and it will be conducted by Collar City Auctions Realty & Management Inc. In late December, Horowitz filed for bankruptcy protection on the property through River Street Associates LLC. The building was constructed in 1909. For the full story, go to The Business Review .
