MILWAUKEE-Monarch Investment and Management Group of Colorado has picked up the Harbor Pointe apartment complex in northwest Milwaukee for $27 million. The 83-acre multifamily property includes 42 buildings with 596 units.
Bannockburn, Illinois-based Axiom Properties Inc., the seller, hired Marcus & Millichap Real Estate Investment Services to sell the property in April 2011. Matt Whiteside from the Brookfield office of Marcus and Millichap negotiated the deal along with Scott Harris from the firm's Oak Brook office.
