KENOSHA, WI-Integrated Merchandising Systems LLC, a Morton Grove, Illinois-based distribution company, is consolidating its operations in Zion and Sturtevant, Illinois, into Kenosha. The company has leased 312,500 square feet at 10100 58th Place.
The 626,500-square-foot building, situated beside the Kenosha Regional Airport, is owned by LaSalle Investment Management. Integrated Merchandising will use the Kenosha facility for warehousing and shipping. Whit Heitman of Paine/Wetzel Associates handled the lease deal on behalf of the tenant.
