COVENTRY, UK-Legal & General Property has purchased Chase Point 1 & 2 in Coventry for approximately GBP 6.93 million for UK Property Unit Trust. The property, which comprises approximately 115,000 square feet of industrial space, was sold by Downham Properties Limited.
Unit 1, which comprises roughly 80,000 square feet, is leased to Aston Martin Lagonda Limited and Unit 2, which spans roughly 35,000 square feet, is leased to Schenker Limited.
