CHICAGO-A local investor has decided to sell his Chicago apartment holdings comprising over 1,000 units for more than $50 million. Wafeek "Wally" Aiyash of Chicago-based WJ Management Inc. has tapped Chicago-based Kiser Group to sell 18 West Side buildings containing 413 apartments for $28 million.
Chicago-based Jameson Commercial has been hired by Aiyash to sell a South Side portfolio comprising 249 units for $13 million and 49 Hyde Park units for $3.6 million. A group of properties is also under negotiation for $12 million. For the full story, go to Crain's Chicago Business .
