HENDERSONVILLE, TN-Solomon Builders is set to start construction on the second stage of the New Island Centre, a retail and medical office building in Hendersonville. The Hendersonville Planning Commission recently approved the development.
The 20,000-square-foot building, situated at 262 New Shackle Island Road on the other side of Hendersonville Hospital. A news release reported that half of the space is already pre-leased.
