FRANKFURT-Multi Development, Volksbank Rhein-Nahe-Hunsruck and the City of Bad Kreuznach have presented plans to develop a downtown portion with a retail center in Rhineland-Palatinate's Bad Kreuznach. The total investment will be approximately EUR 70 million.
The project will comprise about 161,458 square feet of retailers, services, restaurants and housing. Nearly 50 apartment units and 320 parking spaces are planned. Construction is scheduled to start in Q1 2014 and it will be completed during Q2 2016. For the full story, go to Europe Real Estate .
