LEEDS, UK-Scarborough Development Group has announced new proposals for the next phase of a mixed-use development at its Thorpe Park, a 157-acre site at Junction 46 of the M1 in Leeds. According to the new plans, the development will feature 1,200,000 square feet of flexible offices, a 177,000-square-foot leisure space comprising sports facilities and hotels, a 100,000-square-foot retail space, a 130,000-square-foot food store, and 33,000 square feet of restaurants, bars and cafes.
